What got you into this business in the first place?
A strong desire to be the best negotiator ever! It gives me a feeling of empowerment.

Who was a big influence in your career?
Those who challenged my agenda.

What was “your finest moment,” the thing you’re most proud of?
I am most proud of my girl. She never gives up to a challenge (especially when my husband and I are behind her… pushing…)

What was your most embarrassing moment in this business?
Absolutely! We got lost while on our way to meet an out of state client. After approximately 4 hours of being lost, we finally made it!

What attracted you to AIR?
The people, creativity and fun!

Do you have a method for coming up with ideas and solutions for clients?
I like to read the marketing e-newsletters on a weekly basis to evaluate potential options for my clients.

What makes a great brand?
A great product that triggers emotion and an audience with a need/desire.

What driving career goals do you still have?
I am still working on the career goal of winning the lottery. So far I have a lot invested so I should be picked any day now.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned about advertising?
It is constantly evolving and never follows the “one size fits all” rule.

What talent do you wish you had?
I wish I could read the minds of my clients and their clients. That would make my life so easy!

If you had to live on a desert island, what would you miss most?
Well, I would say my family… or at least my cell phone so I could talk to them.

What are your plans for after advertising?
Sleep, rest and there is a high possibility of abandoning the BlackBerry.

Is there any food that helps you think more creatively?
Just Diet Coke. Not only does it help me think, it also heals all!

What was growing up like for you?
I grew up on a farm and was tasked with taking care of the steer. Once they were big enough, they were slaughtered and served to me as dinner. It was pretty disturbing.

What’s your favorite TV program?
Whatever my husband and daughter can agree on watching is just fine for me.

What do you do for a good time when you’re not working?
I like to try to be “Super Mom” when I am not at the office.

What was college like for you?
College created several memories that will last forever… Ask me about the “missing cockatiel” sometime.

What are your favorite internet sites?
Google, Bing and Yahoo. They can get me any information I need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

What is your theme song?
I think someone is still writing it.
