Dubbed a “serial entrepreneur” by bizAZ Magazine, Elaine’s experience in sales, marketing and advertising is the impetus for her involvement in the business community. She is on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Foundation for Women, and is active in the Women President’s Organization
Elaine has an MBA from ASU and a DBA from Nova Southeastern University, where her doctoral research focused on measuring sales and marketing effectiveness.

Chance to succeed by making others successful.

Yoda… “Do or do not….there is no try”
What was “your finest moment,” the thing you’re most proud of?
The first time we skied a mountain non-stop top to bottom as a family…winter of 1988….Wolf Creek, Co.
What was your most embarrassing moment in this business?
You really don’t want to know….I have “doozies”!!
What makes people successful in this business?
Who you are shows. Positive attitude, curious mind, passion for learning, courage to contribute big ideas, readiness to admit and fix mistakes, desire to see others win.
What makes a great brand?
Alignment with core values…being who you say you are.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned about advertising?
There’s always more than one right answer.
What talent do you wish you had?
I’ve always wanted to be able to whistle through my teeth like my dad.
If you had to live on a desert island, what would you miss most?
Wine…but would probably figure out how to make it. French Fries would be a close second.
