Our 5 Core Values

There are five core values at AIR Marketing that help us make sense of how we operate and what kinds of relationships we value.   As we live our vision of “Creating Ideas That Affect Change,”  these five values have emerged and are the foundation of our work, the promises we make to our clients, and our relationships with each other:

Accountability:  This means we are responsible and answerable for the decisions we make and how we do things around here.  We value relationships with people that do what they say they will do, and communicate proactively with the right people.  We are also held accountable to the recommendations we make and to knowing when we are wrong, fixing it and asking for help.  Accountability really provides the foundation for healthy, long-term relationships. 

Collaboration:  We use a cooperative “brain trust” that rigorously debates ideas, creates together, and is united in the commitment to the best final outcomes.  Internally we share ideas and brainstorm together about everything… from client challenges to our own business priorities.  Externally we are proud of our ability to partner with experts in other fields, have high integrity relationships with our outside business partners, and enjoy giving back to the community in which we do business.  

Authenticity:  To be authentic, each of us has to commit to open and transparent communication…to be real, true, and legitimate in our communications internally as well as with our client partners.  This means we believe in our own value as well as the value of others, and we believe that our recommendations are the best alternative for everyone involved. 

Progressiveness:  Defined as being dynamic, open to change, forward-looking and with a focus on advancing ideas, being progressive is the fun part of our world.  Staying ahead of the curve allows us to challenge ourselves and our clients with new ideas, embrace unexpected ideas, and take on new responsibilities as we grow into new areas. 

Prosperity:  Realizing business success, thriving and flourishing are the rewards we get for doing the same for our clients and our team.  Truly, what goes around comes around, and our success depends on us making each individual and our clients successful.  Finding ways to communicate and add value to every opportunity build’s trust and strengthens relationships.

No journey could be travelled without a road map – and no life will be lived successfully without clarity about a person’s Principles and Values. Principles and Values are the rules of life that we choose to abide with. They give us a sense of course, meaning and an inspiring cause to live for.
